Now you can easily place your order online and we will deliver it right to your front door.

To ensure the freshness of your order, please note some important information:

  • We lock-in the freshness of the food by flash-freezing it and deliver it over in environmentally-friendly packaging. The box and thermal package are both recyclable.
  • Please make every attempt possible to be at home to receive our package. Our food is perishable and needs to be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at your front door.

delivery methods & policies

Dear customer, we at pomme bébé believe that customer service is the corner stone of our entire business. We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, therefore we made sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand and if you need any clarification please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

1. pomme bébé delivers orders in Kuwait by using 3rd party logistics partners.
2. We will begin start processing your order next business day once your payment is successfully made with us. And we will deliver your order within 48 hours from the moment we process your order.
3. Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
4. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e. rain storm, dust storm … etc.), pomme bébé reserves the right to delay deliveries to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival. You will be contacted either via email or phone and informed in case the delivery schedule has been changed.

While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website’s accuracy, there is on occasion, instances where certain products sell out or are simply no longer available. When that occurs, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items for any reason except if we have sent you incorrect items or you received our items as damaged. Please notify us immediately at support@pommebebe.com We will contact you within 36 hours. Until we reach you we request you to keep  the items in freezer. Thank you.
